After graduating on the Nijenrode University in business economics, Robert John started his career as a consultant. Working for the big consulting firms – Coopers & Lybrand, PwC and IBM – he developed into a senior program/project leader able to act on executive level, and to deliver business transformations enabled by ERP Solutions.
Robert John’s project and program management skills were gained within diverse sectors, but with a focus on the Financial, Industrial and Consumer Product Industries. The programs and projects he did were characterized by their high business impact, their large (international) scale and their complex organizational change management aspects. By combining strong people –, leadership, and delivery management skills he drives excellent team performance for the organization.
During the assignments, he organized high business involvement by getting clarity on the “why” to do the project/change now. By involving (senior) business leaders in defining these compelling stories he could create the conditions towards the success of the program/project.
