Interim Management

Purple Square Management Partners have vast experience in both Project Management and Line-Management. Management positions that we can fullfill ad interim are for example:

Ideally we would organize an interim management assignment as a project. Meaning we would try to define clear objectives that need to be achieved in a certain time period. Our belief in this matter is that all line management jobs have a transformational element in them. Organizations must innovate and renew themselves constantly - standing still would mean decline. Line managers too need to define which objecives will be reached on what moment. Notwithstanding that certain recurring tasks must be executed by line managers in certain cycles such as budgetting, planning, executing HR-cycles and other "going concerns". These too are part of our assignment as an interim manager.
