We differentiate ourselves from others by NOT doing a number of things, such as:
- "You ask, we do", meaning: starting with project execution without challenging the problem definition, the proposed solution and objectives;
- Continue project execution when chances for success are nihil;
- Send account managers to customers to generate more revenue;
- Placing essential aspects of a project, like Organizational Change Management, outside of the scope of Project Management;
- Wait for decisions or resources;
- Stay on the project paid by the customer when we can no longer add value;
