Coert Noordermeer has been working in the IT industry since 1990 and has been engaged with SAP products since 1998. He works as a Program/Project manager, leading ERP transformation, implementation, harmonization, development and roll-out projects managing teams with at peak times 150+ resources. In addition, he has been leading the set up-of ERP Competence Centres and Integration Competency Centres at customers.
He successfully worked as an Delivery Associate Partner and a (PMP) Senior Certified (Executive) Project Manager before he changed his career to work as an Interim Program and Project Manager. He has a pragmatic attitude, who is able to lead international projects. He has also been engaged in a major Oracle Application Suite implementation program broadening his scope from SAP implementations.
Coert focuses on results as can be concluded from recently successfully delivered complex programmes and projects and always focuses on the interests of the customer. Scope/change management, management of expectations as well as communication are key elements in Coert’s managerial style.
In the more recent engagements Coert has been mainly working in fixed price, fixed scope and fixed time client engagements as accountable Project/Program Manager with all its associated Delivery Excellence challenges. In addition, in recent past Coert has successfully taken over 2 troubled fixed price projects and managed them to agreed settlement or recovery and delivery of project deliverables.
Coert’s project and program management experience in the last few years was focused around engagements in the Pharmaceutical Industry with multiyear transformation projects with clients like Johnson & Johnson, TEVA Pharmaceutical Industries and recently with Royal Philips Health Systems.
