Jeroen has 25 years of experience in Business Consulting and Project Management. At the start of his career he worked as a consultant/trainer for several years; mainly in the area of Project Definition and - Evaluation. Most of these assignments were executed outside of the Netherlands. After several years he transferred to one of the “Big 5” consulting firms. Since then he has been involved in a large number of projects, most of them ERP (SAP) related.
He started as a functional consultant, then moved to a Team Lead role and later to Project & Program Manager, managing (ERP implementation) projects of various sizes, covering the full project life cycle from project initiation to handover to operational support.
The projects and programs managed by Jeroen were executed in various industries (Agro Business, Equipment rental, Wholesale, Hospitality, Public Sector, Banking, Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage and Electronics/High Tech) and size of the teams managed varied between 15 and 150 FTE. In recent years the clients were mostly globally operating corporations with associated complexity and challenges.
Jeroen has demonstrated the ability to quickly develop a good understanding of the clients business and the stakeholder involved. This enables him to build effective teams that add real value and accelerate project time lines.
